The employer is bound to pay the hospital bills as u got injured while attending/going to attend your job.

No lawyer can attend disciplinary proceedings....from both sides.

You need to clarify position first to the following extent:

1) What is the rank of the employee?

2) Whether the case relates to some Government organisation or a private employer, like a company?

3) If a private organisation, whether a set of medical rules have been prescribed by the employer or not?

4) What do you mean by both sides, employer & employee or what?
