At the time of Bail property of surety is to consider. So surety must have property of that amount which is to be cease by court when accused will not present in court.
Deepak Nair (Expert) 05 January 2012
A lot depends on the order of the court. We cannot forsee what the court will ask.
Rajeev Kumar (Expert) 05 January 2012
I agree with Nair

If person in cyber crime, Bandra kurla complex police station, [it deal with cyber crime above 2 Lakhs amt. only]
Esplanade court VT,Mumbai will grant Bail.

Requirement is Cash mt of Rs. 10,000/- with Photo ID, and Residential proof of accused
OR
Regular Bail of Property Owner/ Salary / I Tax Resident c Ration card & other normal Surety of Two Persons.

The Court knows it is Nigerians / others operating from foreign countries, and innocent Indians get trapped, and Lots of Indians losing crores of Rs. this way, being victim.

PUBLIC AWARENESS IS A MUST,
and cyber crime became very very technical, very difficult to trace, and highly skilled IO's are deputed at Mumbai Bandra Kurla Cyber Police to investigate and eliminate this type of crime.

Majority of PSI in most of P.S. do not even know how to proceed investigation.
