Sir in one of case the Police lined up the complainant in dfferent city and tampered the false MLR ( which clearly shows that there is no injury) but fil as true docuemnt belive it to be false in the chargesheet. The court blindly framed the charges under 323,506 IPC and accused has gone for revsion
My qury is can accused in 323, 506 can go for counter case either in same court of his residentail court jusrisdiction stating that he ahs been framed by local police and complainant if he has the evidence in his favor?????

For wrong framing of charge no counter case lies. HoWEVER IF THERE IS ANY OTHER EVEN WARRANTING CRIMINAL COMPLAINT THEN SUCH CASE CAN INDEED BE FILED.
