I am from a hindu family. My father is entitled to get a share of land by a will made by his father(My Grandfather). But after my grandfather died ,when my father tried to register the share entitled to him, some of my father's brothers filed a petion in the court that the will was fraudulant and we couldn't able to make the share our own.How can we make the property our own?.Now my father is sick and he cannot move out from bed and share of land remains unregistered.

Hi, if it registered or un registered?.Even though the will is not a compulsarly registrable document it would be easy to prove the execution of a registered will at court.
As the matter is before the court the other party has to prove that the alleged will is not a properly executed one otherwise your father will have the absolute title as per the will.

If the Will is proved to be genuine then your father shall have share as directed in the Will.
Since in his lifetime the suit may not be finally concluded , he may execute a Will in your favour by transferring his share which he has got through the disputed Will of his father.
