Dear Sir,
I am a Hindu man, residing in Mumbai. I have our Ancestral Property since last 4 generations.
I am 42 years old. My first marriage has been divorced then I got married to a Muslim where I converted into Islam. But that marriage couldn’t last and after one and half year I got converted back to Hindu. This both conversion has been only done on Gazette papers. But today my father is angry on me. And he wants to dissolve me from the entire property. My Father also frightened me that he will prepare a Will also. so that I could not get anything. We are 2 sisters and 2 brothers. If my father dissolves me from the entire Ancestral Property, what should I do? There is any Legal actions i can take to get back my share? Please guide.

whcih father will like a son who for sake of marriage converts to islam .
you have annoyed your father by your cavalier aspproach towards life . you have already been divorced twice .
since you have no intetions of settling down your father apprehends that if you inherit any property by your spend thrift ways the entire property will be lost .
try to make amends . your fatheer wont disinherit you if you mend your ways .
your father cannot by will disinherit you of ancestral property .have patience .

DISOWNING YOU AS SON BY YOUR FATHER IS NOT A WRONG STEP.
FOE REMEDIES FACTS STATED BY YOU ARE INSUFFICIENT TO COMMENT.
