my grand mother and grandfather had died, they had 10 acr land which was not partitioned.
in this family members are two sons and two daughters.two daughters got married since 50 years back and also they got children.the said land was orally partitioned between the sons they are enjoying the property.
but at the time of daughters marriage my grand mother said that i will give you the SHARE IN THE said land to the daughters but which was not followed.

defenatly you have rights to get shares, and its come under ancestrol property. till now that property not shared or partitioned than immediately file partition petition before the court.

was it the self acquired property of your grand parents or did they inherit it from their ancestors
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 22 October 2013
Some information need to be provided, when the property was acquired, whether it was self acquired by your grand parents or inherited, in which year they expired and when the oral partition happened. When the marriage of daughters took place.

A fruitful advise may be given after knowing above information and information sought by other experts.
