any body please sujest me on this issue
we have purchased the land in 2001 and the half of the land is sold to some other persons in the year of 2002 2005 2008 recently tahasildar is sent notice to me stating that land is belongs to governament land is in unauthorised possession with me
we have all the documents relating to ownership of the property i.e. ownership certificate EC market value certificate registered deeds showing i am the owner of the land. what do ido.
pleast give me your precious sujjetion with reasons if any.thanks advance

Find out the whereabouts of the seller and his estate.
Engage a very able counsel ASAP.
Let your lawyer advise you and let the seller not escape or disappear.
Money disappears very fast.

Have you searched the land record of last 30 years before purchase?
Have you shown all documents to local lawyer before purchase?
If land belong to government, it was illegally sold to you, you have claim from the seller.
