Anticipatory bail

A non- bailable criminal case was registered in District A against the accused, and the accused came to know about the criminal case against him in District B. Can the Court in District B in whose Jurisdiction the accused is physically present grant interim anticipatory bail?

Anticipatory bail may be filed before the session court in which jurisdiction the matter is pending or case has registered. another district court has no right to entertain the anticipatory Bail.

Anticipatory bail can be granted by the competent session / High court under jurisdiction of which the matter is pending.
