Anticipatory Bail was granted to the accused/petitioner by the Sessoin court till 01/07/10 with a direction to the petitioner to obtain regular bail from the court below( Sdjm) within that peroid. The case is u/s 420/408 IPC. Whether the lower court is bound to regularise the bail of the accused/petitioner in the light of the anticipatory bail granted earlier?Plz answre it wid necessary case laws if any.

The lower is bound to grant the bail but before confirming it the accused may be initially granted ad-interim bail for some time and during this time the accused may be directed to comply certain conditions like meeting the Investigating Officer once/twice in week.
