dear experts,
my query is that my frend give a frendly loan to someone.after that discharge our liability he was issue two cheques to my frend. the first cheque was cleared from concerned bank.but the second cheque was bounce and acknowledgment about that cheque show insufficient balance in account.my frend send him notice about above said bounce cheque but he reply that his cheques was stolen.my frend file a complaint Against him u/s 138 Ni act.which is pending in the court. after that my frend knew that after the legal notice he was give application to concerned SHO to lodged the fir against my frend U/S 380,420,467,468,471, ipc after that SHO called my frend And record his statement.lapse of 6 months the fir registered so my frend thinking to file anticipatory bail application plz send me some citation which will be helpful in above said case to allow the AB or suggest us what should we do to avoid his arrest and quash the fir

First take Anticipatory bail and also go to the Highcourt for quashing of case u/s 482 cr.pc

There is no requirement of any citation in the given case as the bail is the discretionary power of the concerned court and such discretion is used judiciously.

collect the certified copies of your NI Act case and submit it with the bail application, court will allow your prayer.
