Anticipatory bail in 498a pending about nine months

Dear Sir(s),
Kindly note that anticipatory bail hearing of husband was held yesterday and the session judge again called wife. husbnad's side advocate arguied to grant or reject the bail because petition is pending for long period of nine months. other members of family of husbnad alreday granted bail.
wife side private and gvt. advocate, both requested to session judge to call for wife.judge called her in next hearing which is to be held after 21 days.
please suggest what will be conducted by session judge about bail of husbnad. what strategy to be taken in saferside by husbnad.

In 498A cases AB is liberally considered by court.

You have no other option but to wait for the outcome of the next hearing. Your lawyer is right when he pleaded before the court to either accept or reject the application. Even if the court do not initiate action on next time then obtain the certified copies of the proceedings of the bail application and move before high court seeking direction to dispose off it within a shortest period.
