Anticipatory bail U/s 498 A

Respected sir,
My brother has got anticipatory bail from high court, chandigarh till 10-08-2015. In the absence of opposition, high court has extended the date to 03-09-2015. Today we got the call from investigating officer to come at police station. So what will be the procedure there and is there any chance of arrest.
Please advise.

As the anticipatory bail is extended till 03.09.2015, the police cannot arrest you. As part of investigation, the investigating officer might have called you. You positively respond and show your AB order if they attempt to arrest you.

Police can not arrest you due to extended bail orders. Visit the police station.

The police cannot arrest UR brother till the validity of AB.Could be a routine call from the police station.Better go along with his lawyer.

Respected Sir,
If Investigating Officer has come for collecting “ Dowry Items” then need your valuable suggestions on few questions :
- If all items not find exactly which she wrote in the FIR
- Few items are exceedingly writing like jewellary, Furniture and cloths etc.
- If aforesaid items will not find then we need to pay cash instead of these things
- Is there any chance of arrest of my brother

First of all you submit a photocopy of the extended AB order of H.C. in the Police Station against official receipt with signed and sealed and then visit the I.O. OF THE CASE.
If any demanded item has already been sold or disposed otherwise then you shall have to face its legal consequences like criminal breach of trust, criminal misappropriation of property for gain etc etc. for which your AB will not give any protection and you shall be arrested.

If the anticipatory bail is in force,the police cannot arrest the accused, but if you do not cooperate for investigation, they may recommend for cancellation of bail.

Respected Sir,
We are willing to cooperate with police but now they are not willing to do investigation, I hope they got bribes from opposite party. Today, policeman got some sign from my uncle that my brother is not in the city and he is out of station. Actually, they want that we’ll go for compromise but we don’t want to do because my brother’s wife is suffering from schizophrenia (dieses of unsound mind) against which we have filed divorse case.
Please suggest.
