Anticipatory bill

(Querist) 13 May 2013 This query is : Resolved 
sir,

1) I did dowryless marriage by giving ad in
the newspaper
2) I have written slip from my wife that she has taken all her parental jewellery from my mother

3) We both are divorcee. In her previous case, she filed 498/406 on her previous husband and extorted huge amount of money in the year 2003

4. She has booked me and my family in 323/342/354/34 cases and now she is planning to put 498/406 case aganist us.

5. I have 5 days notice bail

6. She is not staying with us for the last four months. My mother has filed domestic voilence case aganist her.

7. My parents has debarred me from all relations and property three months back.

My request is "will i get anticipatory bail or not.
