i need a judgment to show transfer for a candidate can be given under spouse priority, who seek transfer to a place of work of husband/wife

THERE IS NO JUDGEMENT ON THIS ISSUE BUT THERE ARE INSTRUCTIONS THAT BOTH HUSBAND-WIFE BE POSTED AT ONE STATION IF POSSIABLE.

You can go with the Civil Service Rules which clearly mentions the same thing.

My learned Cousing who is an IAS was posted in Karnataka whereas he married an IRS girl from Haryana and now due to the Policy of the Government they both are in Haryana.

Also this is another funda of our Administration to change their allotment cadres.
