Sir
I have been made an accused under PC Act 1988 I need any judgements of apex court or High Court Since all the witnesses have been examined and cross examined
1. My name is NOT mentioned in the FIR Registered eventhough the complainant had mentioned it in his complaint
2. I had no conversation at any point of time with the complainant No evidence on record
3. Statement made by him before the court nowhere he had anything specifically stated specifically mentioned my name simply said they them etc since there are 3 accused
4. No witnesses has identified my voce
5. Wash Botytles produced by CBI are in light mily white color
6. My name is not mentioned as stated on A1 and A2 were arrested
7. something was thrusted in my hands by A1 who was already under the custody
7. Forced me to call someone from my mobile i e A1
Money was finally recovered from him
The same GC notes were circulated first to A2 then to A3 then to A1

where are you from ? As per PC Act once file complaint all the accused must be face the case and trial. if you want any case law search with www.indiankanoon.org
