Hi,
I am Pradeep and bought a agricultural land in November 2011 and registered the same as per the government value as at november 2011.
Now the person who sold me the land has come back asking for more money as government value of the land has appreciated. He says that he will go for legal action to say that he has been underpaid for the property.
Can anyone file a case on his sold property (regitered)?, Is there a time limit for the same?.
Kindly clarify. Thanks a lot for your help.
Cheers,
Pradeep

Sorry for continuing with my question.
Just wanted to clarify point that my uncle shared, My uncle said that the seller of land can approach court claiming that he has been threatened/lied to sign for registration. This kind of cases are acceptable if raised within 3 years from the registration has been completed.
Is this true?. Kindly clarify.

The seller can do nothing despite of the opinion of your uncle. Nothing can be done now and let him file the case.
