Apartment vs society

More than 60% of flat owners in our building made an application to registar for society formation. Meantime builder formed and registered Apartment deed and some members also register their deed of apartment and registar office rejected our society formation application.
Is there any way we can ask for justice and how we can cancel apartment deed and form society?

Every apartment may have a registered welfare society. The clause of welfare association should have mentioned in your sale deed.According to the agreed terms of the sale deed, all the owners of the flats are the members of the welfare society.The registra's action is correct to reject formation of the new society in the same apartment. If any body aggrieved by the present society, may approach the proper legal forum against the society.
