Apartments problem

In apartment there is problem reg. wiring from the pole to the apartments pl. advice should the owners bear this cost of wiring i.e from pole to apts or will the electricity board change the wirings.the apts is 15 yrs old.

raise the issue with electricity board . if it refuses to bear the cost of wiring then pay the charges

Generally the cost of the wire is to be burdened by the owner of the house from the pole to meter.
