Dear Brother,

You clarify whether the final decision in both the judgments are against you or only one of the cases is decided against you. If both the cases have been decided against you,you have to file the appeals in both the matters. If you fail to file any appeal in one of them,the findings in it would become final and conclusive and the other appeal filed by you before the Supreme Court will become barred by the doctrine of resjudicata.
