Appeal against i.a.

(Querist) 01 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
What is the difference between FAO ( First Appeal against Order) and CMA ( Civil Miscellaneous Appeal)?

My case in hand is a land acquisition matter, where in the land acquired was mistkenly included in another survey number during documentation and the mistake was revealed only after acquisition procedings started. The mutatuon of the land was also not done. The erstwhile owner, who has no right over the property already sold by him top petitioner has put a claim to the Land Acquisition authorities for compensation. Petitioner is the title holder of the property and hence he filed an impleading petition in the Claim Petition, to get himself impleaded into the proceeding. This Interlocutory Application was dismissed by Court saying that Petitioner has no interest on the land. I want to file an appeal against the order in I.A. I doubt which is the relief.. either FAO or CMA ???.
