Hi,
My brother-in-law has been charged u/s 323 and 353 of IPC. The Mumbai Mazgaon Magistrate Court given verdict against me, held me guilty and penalized me 2000/- and 1000/- respectively.
I am not satisfied with the verdict and planning to appeal against the verdict in the higher court.
Would like to know if I appeal against it can the higher court delivery more severe punishment or what was given by the Magistrate court was the WORST?
Attached is the copy of verdict.

There is no copy of order.
Appeal can be decided either way.
May impose higher punishment or may acquit you,
Depends on what and how ur Adv present the matter before the Hon'ble HC.
Whether Judge get convinced, that there was error by lower court.
