IF THERE IS ANY COST/ FEE IS PAID IN APPEAL BEFORE HIGH COURT AGAINST AN INTERIM ORDER OF ADJ WHICH DISALLOW APPLICATION U/O VII R 11 (f) WHERE EVERYTHING PROVED ON PAPERS AS PLAINT DEFAULT RULE 9 OF O VII.
HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE WHETHER STAY APPICATION MUST BE FILE BEFORE THE HC OR THE PROCEEDING BEFORE ADJ AUTHOMATICALLY STAYED.

There is no prescribed fee for the purpose mentioned in your query. You may obtain stay order as desired.

O.VII R.11 can surely be agitated in Appeal where it would get favourable consideration for stay of the impugned Suit; Moreover, if the HC gets seized of the matter through your Appeal the Distt. Court generally refrains from proceeding further till your Appeal (if admitted) gets decided !
