can a person appeal ag judgement decree which was passed by trail court exparte as defendent neither filed w/s nor contested the case after putting in initial appearance.also pl guide wheather trail court can reopen thecase after it has pronounced the judgement in the court

File a petition before the trial court to reopen the matter, the court may reopen the case, if the court denies to reopen the case, you are advised to file a appeal against the Judgement and Decree before appropriate court.
