when a lower court convict a person under 138 for a imprisonment of one year than above person appeal in session court. After submitting the appeal paper what is the next step in this.

Pending Revision in Sessions against conviction a person under 138 for a imprisonment of one year , Bail will be granted on payment of 5-25% of total amt payable as compensation. , Stay of order,pending hearing.
