The CRP chellenging Order In IA was dismissed. The IA was filed to supercede the advocate Commissioners report after two years from the date of Commissioners report when the arguments are over on the appellants side. The HC without mentionkng any reason dismissed. Can appelal filed in SC will suceed. Is there any
Senior counsel available in SC. What is his total fees. Which kind of appeal can be prefered.

In my opinion it will be better that you go by the proceedings of the suit in the trial court in furtherance instead of wasting your time over the petty issue.
The flaws found in the commissioner's report can be highlighted in the argument and get case decided in your favor.
if you still insist to prefer a SLP before supreme court, you can choose an advocate of supreme court from this forum or by visiting the supreme court bar itself directly and enquire about the fee structure including the lawyer fee directly.
