Appeal period

(Querist) 27 November 2012 This query is : Resolved
In my case, injunction (that I could not enter my office) was granted in October,2010 ( 2 years ago).
I did not file appeal against this unfair order because of financial constraints ( and also, that I had got a job).
Now , I no longer have a job and it would be great to have a place to work from once again.
Is it possible to appeal after so long?
I am now 65 years old and the only job that I had ( for a period of 6 years), I have left.
Pls guide.

Technically it could be filed but the delay of 2 years is unlikely to be condoned by the court. If that is not done then the Appeal would not be admitted.

u may file appeal but due to long delay poor
chances.

IT CAN BE FILED WITH DELAY CONDONATION APPLICATION PROVIDED YOU HAVE SOME REASONABLE
AND SUFFICIENT CAUSE OF DELAY WHICH FINANCIAL CONSTRAINT IS CERTAINLY NOT.

I do agree with the advice of Mr. Singh.
