PP is for Complainant, i.e. State.

De-facto complainant is a mere witness.

Criminal Procedure Code clearly mentions that all State cases shall be handled by Public Prosecutor. Complainant is mere a witness who shall be called to come for his evidence during the trial and he need not attend each and every hearing.
