applicability of CCS rules to PSU bank employees

I am an ex air force personnel retired on 29 Feb 12 and joined bank on 17 DEC 12 . I want to know what are the components that will be taken into account while fixing my pay on reemployment in bank. Also please specify if DOPT circular dated 5 Apr 10 which is applicable for civilian employees, whose pay is debitable to civil estimates, is applicable to bank employees. Further please specify meaning of DOPT circular dated 8 nov 2010, last para which says" if the pension of a defence officer/ employee contains an element of MSP, the same need not be deducted from his pay fixed on reemployment".

"MSP" is the abbreviation of "Military Service Pay", introduced first time by sixth central pay commission and applicable to all military (uniformed) personnel and "pay" for all purposes.
Banks have their own system of fixation of salary/wages of their employees, therefore it would be better to consult a local lawyer practicing in "Banking" service matters.
