Academic query is not worth any suggestion. As a company Secretary of an organisation, you should know that legal implications depend from case to case basis with particular reference to the nature of the case, circumstances pertaining to the case as well as the nature of judgment.

Any unspecific query cannot fetch appropriate opinion. Further to that you have mentioned three different parties, the society, federation and the organization. How an expert will be able to know what was the nature of case, against whom and what actually was the order of the court and against whom, whether the society, federation or the organisation?

So, please state, what is the real problem and what are the actual orders of the court in that respect and against whom?

Dear Author, if you are a CS, it is unfortunate that you have posted such a vague query. It is equally unexpected from a man of legal background.
