Please advise what IPC is applicable on lock breaking crime
HOUSE EVICTED BY COURT ORDER, LOCKED IN THE PRESENCE OF COURT BAILIFF, BAILIFF STATEMENT ON RECORDS OF COURT FILE, THE OWNER WAS OUT OF COUNTRY FOR FEW DAYS HOUSE LOCK BREAK OPEN AND HOUSE TRESPASSED, OCCUPIED ONE ROOM AT UPPER PORTION
PLEASE ADVICE CRIME Us IPC .....
LIFE threats are also their.

Mr. Sushil,
What do you propose to do by knowing the IPC that too for a third person, not concerned with you.
Better ask the owner to lodge an FIR, the police with take care of appropriate section of the IPC or CrPC.

You can lodge FIR, police would lodge under applicable appropriate section of IPC, it is not your concern.

you can lodge FIR, further if your complaint disclose any cognizable offence police will register a FIR.
