I want to apply to AO for stay of demand of income tax against order u/s 143(3)of the income tax act ............there is any time limit to file the application of stay and document or detail should be attached with application

There is no way to apply for stay of demand u/s 143(3) 0f the IncomeTax act 1961 you can file appeal within 30days from the receipt of order u/s 143(3). and can then file stay of demand provided you are satisfied with the order of the AO.The document neds to attached with the stay of demand that is train ticket or air ticket or on medical ground attaching the doctor's certificate to that effect that there was sufficient grond for preventing you tofile before the due dates of filing appeal or stay of demand.
