My uncle produced a fake cast certificate to get a government job in CRPF, He produced a SC certificate while we come from a OBC community .
He got retired in 2005 and getting pension .
The problem is, someone is planning to complain against us (my uncle)for this fraud .
Is there any problem ?

It depends upon the nature of the complaint and its enquiry thereon but it is sure that the nature you tel is really a problematic for your uncle.
Better to resolve the issue at initial stage with mutual understanding.

Can you please explain about 'nature of complaint' ?
In what way, he is going to complain, by launching a FIR, a letter to CRPF or directly in the court ?
Mutual understanding is not possible now as we have already filed a FIR against him in another case .
Who will investigate this matter by the way ?
And how as we are from a village (Haryana), We have all the people with us in the village including sarpanch in my uncle's favor .

He then committed crime,cheated Govt.looted public money.If it proceeds to terminate in any enquiry establishing the truth recover would be result besides jail.

We have all the people with us in the village including sarpanch in my uncle's favor .
even your village people cannot help if your uncle is proved that he made fraud and grab the reservation category job
better to discuss with him and settle the matter before if is to late and goes from his your hand

Since your uncle retired more than 4 years back, there cannot be any case under Pension rules.
Since fraud was prior to retirement it also does not amount to lack of future good conduct.
If FIR is registered and you uncle is convicted during life time then pension can be stopped. If complaint is made there are chances of his getting jailed.
