tere are two directors in pvt ltd company , one out of it has appointed one more director with forged documents filled at mca.
please suggest what action can be taken and how appointment can be cancelled

Dear Shiv Shankar,
In another question, you have stated, "none of director is having shareholding in the company."

So, if none of the directors, including you, have any shareholding, who are the real stakeholders and with the pattern of their share holdiing in the company, and how both the directors, including you, could get appointed without any stake?

please other query is for different company , dir-12 is being signed by digital signature of other director but attachment with dir-12 are as-
1. board resolution without signature
2. letter of appointment with my forged signature as i have not signed
