s per regulation 5(4) of The Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010, for every factory registered under the factories act, 1948, where more than 250 kw of electrical load is connected, the management of the factory shall designate a person as an Electrical Safety Officer who shall be an electrical engineering degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in Operation and maintenance of electricity plants or an electrical engineering diploma holder with at least 15 years of experience of the same, for ensuring the observance of the safety provisions laid under the act and the regulations made there under.
MY QUERY IS ABOVE PROVISION IS APPLICABLE FOR JHARKHAND STASE AND WHAT THE PENAL PROVISION IF NOT APPOINTING THE SAME

it would be applicable to jharkhand state if factory is regd under factories act 1948 and more than 250 V load is connected
