An appropriate forum in your case is Registrar /sub registrars provided in co operative society Act of your state.

I think civil court is your appropriate forum..
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 02 September 2011
If you have bought a plot from the coop society, you have to approach the Sub Registrar for transferring the plot.

If it a membership issue of a coop society, you can complaint to the Registrar of Coop society of your state.

I do agree with Arunagiri.

The board of management or the special officer effects the transfer of membership and plot through the resolution. If there is any dispute, it has to be dealt in accordance with the cooperative society's act and rules. In this case a case could be filed with the Deputy Registrar of cooperative societies, who is the appropriate forum.
