Map of building not passed by authorities beacuse builder have not apply for this. builder construct 12 flat on land and sale out without approved Map and allot the parking lots in unsufficiant area.
One flat owner construct the another door in front of building.
there are no any approved map which are proved parking area & gate ,window
Can any flat owner file the Case in court against builder.

Yes. flat owners can file case in consumer forum against builder but for this he will have to establish that he was not aware of such irregularity at the time of purchasing the flat.

yes, there exists grounds for case.

Yest the flat owners have a right to seek the relief through court of law against the builder.
