No. An arbitration can't review its order.. You have to file a c.r.p before your high court.
Dr V. Nageswara Rao (Expert) 28 April 2011
(1) The Act of 1996 does not contain any provision for review etc of the award.
(2) S. 33 contains proivsions for (a) "correction" of typographical errors etc, and (b) "interpretation" of its own award if there are any ambiguiyies; and (c)a party may request the Tribunal to give an additional award so as to cover claims presented but not covered in the earlier award.
(3) Except getting interim orders under S. 9, appointment of arbitrators by CJ or CJI under S.11, getting the award set aside under S. 34 and the appeals under S.37, any other judicial intervention, except recourse to Supreme Court, is barred by S.5 of the Act.
