Sir,
In Arbitration case party(Contractor) file application under 34 of AC by clubbing 3 award which is passed in different date and different Arbitrator even under different Agreement in under one application after passing the time of limitation as prescribed in the Act.
however application rejected by the District Judge in favor of (UOI) but party file FA in the HC and appeal is on final Hearing.
Please provide me landmark Judgement of Apex court in favor of me(UOI).
