Dear Experts,

Can the "place of execution of agreement" be made as territorial jurisdiction for filing arbitration application U/s-9 & 11 of the said act, where the place of living of the respondent is different therefrom ?

refer to section 20 clause(c)of CPC where (c) "the cause of action, wholly or in part, arises."
Then there is no impediment in filing the application at the "place of execution of agreement"
