hello this is jaspreet my query is this that is it legal or illegal to be in possession of a gun lighter( Cigrrate lighter ) depicting 9mm beretta pistol life size.....

Not illegal, but if you threaten someone using it, it would be a crime.

You can keep the lighter in pistal model. But if you keep pistal wirthout concern licenece. Then it is wrong

even if legal the possession of such item can cause suspicion and lead to problem.
Once a duck was runnign amuck rabbit asked the matter the duck said that he is running due to fear as the king's men are catching elephnats for timber trade so I am to hide for safety. Rabbit said that your not elephant. The duck said that if they suspect me as elephant and I am not able to prove my self a duck immediately and till such time I prove myself duck, I will have to carry 10 quintal wood daily.
A head constable authorised to take you in custody under Arms Act is not forensic scientist. He is competent to suspect it as a pistel (rightly or wrongly)but not competent to decide examine it and come to a forensic conclusion. It can take a few minutes or a few months in custody to prove that it was a lighter not a pistel actually.

Ajay sir i want to tell u that i m already a holder of brown belt.... Rest is the question of weapon i m already in possession of NPB license...... As i m fond of weapons i intend to collect their intimations thats it.... Thats y i asked this query abt gun lighter and knife possession
