1.Where is the Army tribunal located in chenna?
2.In the case on hand, the person has served in army for 4years and he had been expelled by them from service. after repeated request by him to state reasons and to grant him retirement benefits they have stated that as per the rules 15 yrs of completion of service is required and they do not find any file or record with his name and the same has been destroyed.
Can anyone assist me with the model form as to how do we apply before the army tribunal.

1. It is not a big job to find out the address of AFT Chennai if you are a lawyer practicing in that area.
2. The retaining period for a non-pensioner is 20 years so it is very difficult to believe that the record of the individual has been weeded out. Go through the discharge certificate of the individual which must be contaning the Army Rule under which such person was discharged from service.
4 years service do not entitle for the grant of service pension but if the personal was discharged on medical grounds and if his low medical category was attributable or aggravated by military service then definitely such person is entitled for the grant of disability pension irrespective of the length of his service.
