Whether a document prepared with the help of copying some portion from supreme court judgment and pasting it can be called as an Article for publication in Article section of LCI site?
prabhakar singh (Expert) 17 June 2011
NO, if all material is copied. But YES when such is used to support a person view.

It is for the LCI administrators whether to treat that as article or what. The individual concerned has to think what he should do. Members can know well whether it is Article in true sense of what. We should be least bothered whether it is an article or what.

If it is proved as a piece plagiarizing,it will never be treated as an article of the author shown in this 'display article' but it still remain either (i) Judgment of the particular Court or (ii) Article written by the original author.

This should come from the administrator! Do administrators take a declaration that the article is original creation ?
