How to become an assistant government pleader? pls tell me procedure, qualifications etc.

we dont reply to academic queries . study law start practicing after you complete your studies , gain experience and apply when there are vacancies posted on govt website

@ Ajay Sethi. Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify that I am not a law student any more. I am a qualified advocate since 2010. However, I am just using my old id which was made when I was a law student. Further, I would also like to draw your attention to the fact, the question category itself has an option for students. The tagline of the website says that its a platform for Indian Public. Hence, a lay man, who may be an aspiring lawyer, can also pose a question. You may ignore my or any other person's questions, which in your view, are not meant for this website. I would request you to reply responsibly and sensibly. Thanks again.

@ Mr. R. K. Nanda - Sir, thank you for your answer. I really feel that you got carried away by my answer to Mr. Ajay Sethi. This is unfortunate, the advocates here instead of helping their fellow or junior advocates are telling them "what they should know". and I would request you to tell me what details do you want me to provide to make my query complete? I hope that you believe in helping your junior advocates.

Dear author,
with word request using words to reply responsibly and sensibly what is conveyed by it, the reply was non sense, it was irresponsible. Definitely not.
It is possible one may not like the views of some one but this does not entitle him to use such words specially when he is also an advocate and want to know something from a person who is providing volunteer service on this platform.
You may search the State Govt. employment sites, requirements, news papers, and can apply when the posts appears. Each state declares posts as per their requirement at different time as this is state level posting.

Without hesitation i can tell you that even if you complete 7 years of practice you would be not able to get engaged as it would
require you to buy polson or amul to touch feet of some party's goonda law minister of state or he would require you to lick his feet literally.

We all experts are having unanimous opinion. None should be allowed to behave with senior experts in such words especially when the querist is himself a Lawyer.
Learn the basic behaviour and then think to become Gov. pleader.
