Associate member could be could be admitted by authorisation of the original member and the Managing committee could approve it by resolution. The member may affix thumb impression with two witneesses who are also members of the society.

The thumb impression of the member, who is an illiterate should be attested by two persons known to both the sides.
The authorisation or application form for associate membership is to be approved by the MC members in a meeting.

A doctor or a medical examiner has to certify that the person who had put her thumb impression is actually incapable of signing the papers hence her thumb impression was obtained and also that she is mentally fit enough to understand the contents of the paper on which her thumb impression was obtained.
?The doctor has to certify this in his letter heard so that that becomes an authenticated and substantial documentary evidence in case of any dispute in future in this regard.
