the daughter files a false complaint of attempt to murder under DV.what should be the
plan of action by our family.She has filed a lot of serious allegations?

You rebut her allegation by refuting her change while she appears in witness box and you also bring cogent an reliable evidence in defence if required strictly s per advice of your counsel who is dealing with your case.

Your stated section not a petty issue. So without sufficient evidences she can't prove her case. The burden of proof is prosecution side's.. You simply face it, and break her case. If you are genuine mean.
