Auction of house by nbfc

I have taken Loan of Rs.10 Lakh from Gruh Finance a NBFC I REPAID Rs.9.5 Lakhs & could not paid balance amount Gruha Finance sold my house in auction for Rs.30 lakhs & gained Rs.29.50 Lakhs more. in such case can i demand to gruh finance for Excess amount they got? can i go in a court?

what was the balance amount payable by you at time of auction . ?
you have merely repaid part of principal amount

.you have to go through bank statement issued by finance company of amount due and payable .

bank will refund balance amount to you

Only part of the principal was paid by you, the interest, balance of principal and expenses if any was to be returned to the banker by you. Write to the Banker for account details and demand balance amount left with them.
