e r 2 brothers and 2 sisters my father made a will to me and my brother to enjoy the entire property of my grand fathers, but my sisters are above 60 yrs and their sons filed a suit against us that they want a share , what will be the decision in court in karnataka the property is my ancestral even though my father made a will to both of us

it is necessary to go through the suit papers to advise . whether any probate obtained of will ? whether your father inherited self acquired property of your grand fathers

it is my ancestors property, the will made in 1970 by my father to 2 brothers and died already 1 sister was married and 1 sister was married after my father death.
