Availing the ex-serviceman quota for second time.

sir, I am a govt. employee,and joined in Oct. 2014.In my appointment letter it was stated that I have been offered with a temporary post and this appointment is terminable on 7 days notice period from either side.is NOC needed for me to aply for any job.

sir, I am a govt. employee,and joined in Oct. 2014.In my appointment letter it was stated that I have been offered with a temporary post and this appointment is terminable on 7 days notice period from either side.now I have appeared a corporate sector interview where they were asked for NOC for those who are serving Govt sector.during interview I was in long term sick leave so I could not procure the NOC. and now I have selected in corporate sector job ,my question is
1. If i join corporate sector after resigning from my Govt job later On this Non submission of NOC will have any adverse affect or not.
2. I am in a probation period, I have not signed any bond or anything like that still it was necessary to submit the NOC.
3. On later stage If my employer came to know the fact of non submission of NOC, can it be a major cause for me.and in this ground can they terminate my Job.
