sir, i had filed an fir to which the police after investigating filed B summary. i was summoned to come to the court and give my say, since i had not got the copy of the report so a further date was granted by the court. sir, i had filed a true complain but i dnt know why police filed b summary. now my family is saying not to do anything ahead as we want to live a peaceful life so i dont want to persue this matter anymore . i want this matter to get closed, but im scared n have a doubt whether the police may procecute me later and file an fir against me for filing a false case( which is not at all false), pls help me how to get out of all this. pls tell me can the police procecute me in further time in case of B summary ?

The investigation of false case may be expedited and if no evidence is found police may file discharge summary As WELL. SO DON'T WORRY. If you are innocent along with B summary police may file discharge summary as well due to lack of evidence to prove you culpability.
"Lawyers said the police should first file a discharge report in the case under section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code, pertaining to the release of the accused when evidence is deficient. The report, which can be filed within a day, will immediately relieve the women of the charges, experts said."

it was a complain under sec 394 n 34 ipc. police after investigation filed B summary. im doubting police is trying to pull me in a trap by filing b summary. my only concern is that if i dnt protest to this b summary it should not b that police after seeing my action of not protesting fle or demand for an fir against me for filing a false case and then i become defandant. my wish is to put all this to rest or put a the end to all.

im feeling police has delibrately filed b summary to trap me if i dnt protest so that they can then file a case against me for filing false case. pls help n guide me sir/mam. iam the complainant and im scared that later i dnt become defandant against state.
