Srinivas
Misrepresenting facts has invited penal action, be happy they have not proceeded legally in terms of filing a complaint for cheating the company, I do understand the frustation and all we can do is sympathise with you.

Thank you for your reply.I know that I had done a mistake but hope it doesnt mean for killing my career. But according to their policies, they will do verification before they dispatch the offer and after also. They had billed me in the client place.None of the company is doing like this.I had just cheated them to get a job nothing more than that. But for that I had streached my self and got good appriaciation from the clients.Hope doing a mistake will not kill the career.

Srinivas,
It may mean nothing to you, what you have done is just for a job, fine, but at the same time you have trampled the career of another deserving candidate, possibly who would have got the job had you been honest. There is no time for brooding over it now, be honest and try somewhere else even if it is low paid job

Ok sir.But still the company is recuriting those type of candidates for filling their requirement and earning. They are using the employees and throwing them out after the requirement. Its not the first case, but its going on from years.

Its your notion that the company is using and throwing out them after requirement, but look from the other side, they trusted you, gave you a job and paid salary for the days you worked for them, scanning is a long process, it almost takes months together had they appointed you after going thru the entire process then you would not had been with a job for 1 long year. In fact, the company is not recruiting such guys but the guys are taking undue advantage. Please think over, if you really had the type of experience you claimed before joining the company and some Mr X had bluffed of having more experience then you, you would have lost out just because of the lie the other guy told, he too may have argued that it was all just because he wanted a job, think what would had been ur reaction. There is a popular saying: " A man who loses money loses nothing in life, A man who loses time loses something in life, but, a man who loses character, loses everything in life".

Ok.Then you mean to say that there is no mistake from the company point.Who created fakes......one simple logic.......Assume that 2007 is the starting of IT industry with 4 companys and population of freshers entered is 10,000 and with huge salaries......If 5000 members are recruited as freshers and the rest are jobless. The next year againg the same ,more 5000 memberes.Means by now in total of 20,000 only 10,000 are appointed and the rest 10,000 are jobless(Assume). It that jobless 5000 are having 1yrs gape and remaining 5000 are freshers. Now the company will get a contract of a huge project and want 1yrs of exp guy total of 5000 openings.Thinking that 2000 members had resigned from amy of the company and joined ,what about the rest of the openings. There are no candidates with that much exp nor the client will not agree to develope his project with freshers. Now the problem araised. There are openings of only 1yrs exp and the jobless youth is getting pain of financial crush. They are forced to choose this fake way.Now tell me whos fault is this companys who are unable to convience client or professional who had given every thing to complete BTech/MCA..and are jobless.
One thing I want to say "A begger will not like to live as beggar life long,if he gets a good life he will leave the earlier profession"The only thing is we are trying our level best to get jobs as freshers and we will be the happiest persons if we get it like that.Neither we blamed the govt to get the jobs nor the companys...just we moulede according to the requirement of the companys. And also getting job with high exp, getting client appriaciation is not so easy.We streached ourselves for that...
Now tell me your openion on the same.

Heard Darwin's theory of "Survival of the fittest", well if you then let me tell you the issue of joblessness is because of us, Point 1. The growing population: Aren't we responsible for that, With huge families, meagre earnings and high hopes and aspirations we get drifted away to a point of no return.
Point 2.Growth of technology: There isan old saying " All that is old is not bad, and, all that is new is not good".In olden there used to be some or the other job for each one of us, with growth of technology, what 4 people used to work for is possible now with 1 guy and 1 computer, this has lead to uneven distribution of wealth thus leading to disparity in the society.
Point 3. Government policies: The government policies of recruitment are not sound, In AP for instance, there had been a blanket ban on all recruitments in government and at the same time not generating job opputunities to the unemployed, thus allowing efflux of labour to other countries and above all
Point 4. We don't have dignity of labour: A guy in India having a high qualification would not try or even do any job but the same guy who goes to the US, in order to survive does what ever menial job he gets like working in a restaurant, petrol pump and some even do scavenging jobs, they call it dignity of labour when they do it there but here it is below there dignity to do such type of jobs.
Tell me we all call ourselves professionals, how professional are we in our approach in life, A professional is not one who holds high degrees, but at the same time upholds it with dignity, take the case of Satyam, What hapened to the professionals who ran the company, what happened to the professionals who had to guide the company, as argued by you, they worked hard, gave employment oppurtunities to thousands of guys but at what cost. They have not only brought disgrace to the industry but at the same time tarnished the nation's image.
Do you want them behind bars or roaming freely, in case you opt for the latter and feel since they too have helped a few thousands of undeserving candidates then I think talking about law, justice etc... is waste of time and money and let lawlessness prevail all over.

Dear Prabhakar,
Agreed about the arguements for the unemployment, but the reasons what you quote constitute a small percentage, is employment the goal to be acheived on completion of education, cannot they be self employed. What you speak about the business tricks is also true but unfortunately the enterpeneur is a businessman and is not there for charity,so in the best interest of his business he bargains there is no problem, can you deny that the software guys are drawing hefty pay checks, whereas the other guys in accounts, administration and other non technical departments draw measly salaries, where has equity gone then.
Who is responsible for illiteracy, would you support your maid servant monetarily if her/his son wanted to pursue higher education, do u know that what you pay her is sufficient to meet both ends. We are all part of the system, unfortunately we forget that and blame the system.
